Crunches exercise

People who have weight problems or just want to have a stronger stomach and better visible stomach muscles, you may know the different exercises for the abdomen and strengthening exercises. One of the ways you can strengthen your abs are crunches.
Crunches are the basic exercises for abdominal muscles. When exercising in this way activates the muscles especially rectus abdominis muscle. 
Crunch exercise are very similar sit-ups, but they have many advantages over them. We therefore recommend exercises to train the abdomen rather than Crunches sit-ups.

How to do crunches properly and correctly

  • Lie on your back and bend your knees.
  • Bend arms and place hands on chest.
  • Lift your head up as high as possible.
  • Use only the abdominal muscles.
DO NOT lift entire back off the ground, because this can cause back strain, and the extended movement lower the efectivity of workout and will not help you develop six pack abs any quicker. With this method you can easy workout and get ripped your abs properly without hurting your neck or your back.  

Inhale when lowering, exhale when lifting.
